One love to everybody who started their weekend early with us and went to work on Friday with a hangover. Last Thursday night was the business! We really hope we found a permanent home for Rich Medina in Philly. So far, Walnut Room has been a great look for us. Special shout out to Mr. Sonny James for sneaking on the turntables and tag teaming the crowd for the last hour and a half of the night. They didn’t even see it coming. Since tonight is our first Bodyrock of 2012, I decided to pull some old mixes out of the vaults… Here’s the original Taste of Bodyrock vol 4, in its entirety, with all 4 individual parts mixed by the Illvibe Collective. Man, last Thursday night was off the hook!! It was good to see Rich Medina rockin’ his hometown, and thank you everyone who made it a special night. Old school heads came out of the woodworks, and young souls came to hear what all of the buzz was about. It was a good night to be in Philly.
